[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #1286: Deleting Printer with "#" in their name does not work in the web frontend

I have 2 printes on my system:

LaserJet4050
and
LaserJet4050#2

When trying to delete the 2nd one through the web frontend, I get a
confirmation message that LaserJet4050 has been deleted and in fact the
wrong printer got deleted. Web frontend can not delete Printers with a "#"
in their name. Deleting the printer with `lpadmin -x "LaserJet4050#2"`
works perfectly.
