printers per clients or users

I installed all printers in my subnet on one cups server.
Now I would like manage, which printers one user or client can see
with 'lpstat -a'.

e.g.:

The server has 10 printers.
Client1 can only see printer1 and printer2.
Client2 can only see printer3.
...
or
User1 can only see printer4.
...

How can I do this with cups?

Under the Solaris print system I can do this with the _all option
in /etc/printers.conf or in $HOME/.printers:
_all:\
   :all=printer1,printer2:
