Hello everybody,

I like to announce a pam-module called pam_cups. It allows you to use 
authenticated smb-printers (either MS-Windows or Samba).

It is not only a pam-module but a combination of pam-module, 
credential-caching-daemon and cups-backend pam_cups_spool. The focus was to 
maximise security as far as possible.

It is especially useful in environments where linux-clients must coexist with 
windows-printservers. Often the windows-printservers are used for accounting 
and billing of printing costs.
