Error on Printer, HP LJ 5si, from Citrix App

> We have 2 Linux users printing to an HP Laserjet 5N. We are using the LJ 5 driver and users can print fine under most cases.

I am currently trying to figure out this exact same problem, I am the IT Director of a hospital that uses Meditech and Citrix to allow people (billing companies) connect to our network and use a meditech session to access patient billing information.  I have yet to find a solution
