We realized that the HP Deskjet 3550 doesn't contain a "HP" in the USB
DeviceURI. The customer complains that the names are not predictable.

I recommend that there should be a small test in get_device_id() in file
ieee1284.c, whether there is at least one letter and one space in "DES:",
otherwise the "MFG"/"MDL" substitution should be used.
