[cups.general] PPD file for Canon iR C2620 PCL5c

It says PCL5c in the name, so the PPDs/drivers for the "Generic PCL 5c
printer" on linuxprinting.org (or in your distro) should work. But
beware that you will not get support of all functions (as you will get
with a PostScript printer and it's manufacturer PPD file).
