unable to get windows clients to print

Hello i am unable to get a windows clients to print vi cups and samba,
1) how do i add the printers to samba -- cupsaddsmb?
2) i have a set this all up on another machine and it works great but on 
the actual machine i need it on it doesn't seem to work the error log 
doesn't start the print job that the windows clients send it just goes 
to neverland.

on the working machine the error log gives me "smbclient --jobnumuber"
so i know it's working but the machine i need it on doesn't give me 
anything. both conf are the same execpt the machine that printing 
doesn't work on has an older kernel
