[cups.general] eps printing broken

We are running cups 1.2.1, with foomatic filtering.  Whenever we submit an 
encapsulated postscript file, it prints out just a blank page.  This is 
regardless of the printer (we have a ton, all different).  If we run the eps 
file through ps2ps, the resulting ps file prints just fine.  Ideas?
