[cups.general] Printing envelopes

This seems to be a problem of the driver. Please try alternative drivers.

To do so, go to linuxprinting.org and look up the "splix" driver there. 
Another possibility are the closed-source drivers offered at 
www.samsung.com.

Please report here whether the alternative drivers solve your problem.
