lpr(1)-ing multiple files with 1.2.5

No, multi-file printing seems to work here just fine.  What happens
if you print a single file with a banner page, e.g.:

     lp -o job-sheets=standard filename

Also, what driver(s) are you using with the affected queues, and how
are they connected to your system?
