CUPS-1.2.2 on FreeBSD 6.1-stable problem

Hello!
I upgraded CUPS to 1.2.2 on FreeBSD 6.1(stable) from ports.
I am able to administer it via its web interface. I added a printer:
HP DeskJet 610C Foomatic/hpijs (recommended)
Its URI is
lpd://localhost/queue
But when I try to print a test page nothing happens and I have following error in /var/log/cups/error_log:
Network host 'localhost' is busy, down, or unreachable; will retry in 30 seconds...
(I added first rule in ipfw to be allow all from 127.0.0.1 to 127.0.0.1 so it is not *network* problem)
When I was with CUPS 1.1 everything was perfect. And now I can do nothing via CUPS (I am still able to print via ghostscript and hpijs).
When I try to configure printer from KDE (3.5.4) I receive an error message that it cannot connect to CUPS server.
What is going on? How can I setup *LOCAL* printer and *NOT A NETWORK PRINTER* with CUPS?
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Petyo Milotinov
