[cups.general] cups-lpd (1.2.4) blank hostnames (with patch)

I didn't spot anything in a quick scan of the bug database...

cups-lpd doesn't correctly retrieve the connecting hostname, so it  
always shows up as blank.  It's trivially fixed; patch appended.
