[cups.general] cups-lpd (1.2.4) blank hostnames (with patch)

Thanks, committed in r6021.  In the future, please post these patches
to the bug page:

     http://www.cups.org/str.php

That will make sure that we actually a) see the patch and b) include
the patch... :)
