Can Test Page button be diabled or forceauthentication as non-guest user?

You can comment or remove the following entry from your
printers.tmpl file:

<IMG SRC="/images/button-print-test-page.gif" ALT="Print Test Page" CLASS="button"></A> -->

Or, you could probably customized your cupsd.conf file for this
entry in your <Policy > directives but I myself have not
played with it.
