No, the mailing lists are not archived directly.  Instead, we mirror
them to/from NNTP groups, and expose them via the "Forums" page:

     http://www.cups.org/newsgroups.php

cups.general is mirrored by the "cups" mailing list, cups.bugs is
mirrored by the "cups-bugs" mailing list, etc.

gmane.org also mirrors the CUPS groups and provides a better search
interface...
