whats the first step in reinstalling this version of cups? i have a nec 870 superscript printer with usb cable. i am using suse 10.1. i need to get this printer going. i had it going once but the darn thing would print the test pages and nothing else! very frustrating. any help or leads would be most appreciated. thanks, luke.
