[cups.general] Can't get cups working with HP JetDirect 170x / dotmatrix printer

It seems that this printer is not supported by foomatic-rip,
so you have to stick to text only printing. Set the
job-sheets-default to  none,none, as the job sheets are
set up as PostScript programs by default. And restrict
to text only printing.
