I'm running cups 1.2.0-0ubuntu5. I downloaded the cups ddk source code from the site. It configured fine, but when I tried ran make I got

driver.h:49:27: error: cups/raster.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [attr.o] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 1
