Does Windows Vista have "Print Services for Unix" that you can install?

This will create an ipp port on the windows box that can connect to  
any shared printer on the vista box.

In my experience this is a much more reliable way to get cups to print  
to a windows hosted printer than trying to log in to the windows box  
with a smb client.
