[ANNOUNCE] quosnmp 1.3.0

       Quosnmp is a print accounting and quota enforcement backend for CUPS. 
It works with network printers which support SNMP or PJL.  It acts as a
wrapper around an existing CUPS backend and is easy to add to an existing
CUPS installation.

    The major new feature in version 1.3.0 is the ability to notify users by
sending them an e-mail (to a local account or to an internet e-mail
address) when they try to print but have exceeded their quota.
