Installation of CUPS in HP-UX 11i

I modified the configure file with the patch at line 8131.

now i want to proceed with next step. i.e. (3b)

Where should i execute this command. I have all my CUPS and libraries in /var/CUPS/

I gave the above command in the "/var/cups/cups-1.3.7/" path. but when i pressed Enter it went to the next line showing this ">"

Please let me where to execute this command and am i following the procedure properly.
