[cups.general] CUPS installation on HP-UX

Change the definition of INSTALL in Makedefs to the full path of the
install-sh script in the CUPS sources.  The HP-UX version of install
does not support creation of directories... :(

Also, in the future you might want to include the version of CUPS
you are using... :)
