printer offline then on Iget server-error-not-accepting-jobs

When the printer is off (power off) then any pings would time-out..I think.

My issue is that when the printer does get powered on..sometimes the job comes out and sometimes not. I'm only looking for a kind of clean up script right now. It could be driver..I don't know.

Is there a way to debug it?
