[cups.general] CUPS looking for "hpcups" in wrong directory

What OS/Linux distribution?

What does "uname -a" show?

The ServerBin directive can be used to override the default one used  
by CUPS, however if all of the CUPS filters are in /usr/lib/cups/ 
filter then you may need to move (or symlink) the hpcups filter so it  
is in /usr/lib/cups/filter.
