[cups.general] CUPS looking for "hpcups" in wrong directory

I'm running openSuse 10.3 and it's a 64bit machine (x86_64). I'm not at
my machine at the moment, so I can't say for sure if all the CUPS
filters are in /usr/lib/cups or /usr/lib64/cups. I suspect they'll be in
the latter. I'll check when I get a chance.
