You misunderstand the purpose of auth-info-required. Basically,
auth-info-required is used when the remote end requires authentication -
there is no way for us to locally authenticate, and in fact the local
connection may require *different* credentials for printing.
You can pass your auth-info-required credentials using the "-o
auth=info=username,password" option, where "username" and "password" are
the username and password, respectively. However, if you want to have a
locally authenticated print queue, you want to setup a local policy as
described in the online help:
