[cups.general] Return Error of socket backend

Maybe it's beh:/ instead of beh:// but in any case this looks like a
problem with beh.

Also ensure that permissions and ownership on beh are the same as they
are on cupspykota

yes of course you're right.

Unfortunately the exit code will be the one of the real cups backend, so
maybe this solution is not feasible for you.
