I need a printer driver for Ricoh Aficio MP C5000 PCL5c

>  The "Ricoh Aficio MP C5000 PCL5c" printer need to install our linux machine, I couldnot find the correct driver from the sites. Could please tell me is there any compatible driver for this above mention printer(ppd also fine).

your cups is very outdated -> try to upgrade. It makes sense!
