I need a printer driver for Ricoh Aficio MP C5000 PCL5c

That printer can also use PCL 6/PCL XL.  Try the pxlcolor-Ricoh driver.  
The PPD is provided by Ricoh, so you will have all the options available 
for you particular model.  See
