Force a banner page

Hi!

I am setting up a new printserver. And again I am fighting with the
banner page setup. Know I created a special page or all our printers,
that will print the banner page on colored paper. And it works :)
All printers are set up with this banner.
But know, if a Client send a job like this:
(Linux:)
lpr -P netprt1 -o job-sheets=none /etc/motd

The banner page is disabled.

How can I force it, that the banner page will be always send?

One solution is to use "tea4cups". This will work. But may be there is
some option in CUPS to solve it, too.

My server System:
openSuSE 11.1, CUPS 1.3.9
