Update from cups1.3.7 to 1.4.1

Hi

I just setup a new ubuntu print server with 8.04 LTS version and cups1.3.7.

I'd like to upgrade it to 1.4.1 as I heard the accounting 's get more fonctiunality and fix few bug in the webinterface.

Basically, the aim is to get staffs user able to hold the pupils' print job until the needed time (avoid any waste of paper). Also it is preferable to use the webinterface instead of the mmand line ( not userfriendly at all).
