How do I get my CUPS server to advertize to Kubuntu's Print Configuration Tool?

A guy over on the Kubuntu forums answered me:
   "Open the CUPS interface in your browser, http://localhost:631
   and click on the Administration tab. and put a check mark by
   "Show printers shared by other systems"."
