64-bit driver support still needs some work, but the necessary changes are in CUPS 1.3.0 and higher. You'll need an x64 subdirectory in the /usr/share/cups/drivers with the corresponding Windows PostScript driver files - see "man cupsaddsmb" for details.
While we haven't released them yet, you'll find 64-bit versions of the CUPS PostScript drivers in the Subversion repository at:
http://svn.easyw.com/public/windows/trunk/x64
One way to "install" these files would be to run (as root) the following command:
svn export http://svn.easyw.com/public/windows/trunk/x64 /usr/share/cups/drivers/x64
