Clien not seeing shared printers

I have my printer working on my server system and it is published. On the administration page I check "Share published printers connected to this system" and click "Change Settings" which causes cups server to restart.
On the client system, no printers attached, I go to administration page and check "Show printers shared by other systems" and restart. I then click "Find New Printers" and after a delay it reports "No printers Found".

So, why is the printer on the other system not being found even though it should be shared?
