We have two cups at the same time for printing jobs
and one has the MaxJobs 0 due to some kind of printing tests ..... we
must change the value for the default

the maxjobs is for the value of queued jobs too no? for example max
jobs queued at the same time is 500 .... and after them ... the jobs
are denied and the command gives an error.
what have more priority? history or queued? i think that when i queue
a file, one job history is deleted no?

i will leave the value to the default.

it has worked fine (the cancel -a) but .... i have to stop it, because
it deletes too the active jobs, not only the history :)

thanks michael

> The "c" files are the job control files - they provide the print history. By default CUPS keeps records of the last 500 jobs you've printed. You can either do "cupsctl PreserveJobHistory=No" to never keep the job history or "cancel -a" to just clean out the current job history.
