Can CUPS Change Print Job Orientation

> I am printing old greenbar reports, no longer than 133 characters wide, on LEDGER paper (11 x 17) on a Xerox N40. On Windows, I have an option in the print manager to rotate the image, and then everything fits correctly on the ledger paper.
