[cups.development] [RFE] STR #3686: Cups admin frontend doesn't work in QtWebKit based browsers

In cups 1.5 svn rev. 9294, I can't add a printer using the web frontend
using any QtWebKit based browser.

Arora (http://arora-browser.org/) and rekonq
(http://rekonq.sourceforge.net/) both get stuck after the "Looking for
printers..." text and spinning wheel appear, adding the literal line
"--CUPS-MULTIPART Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8" on top of the
page.

It works fine with Konqueror and Firefox. (Wild guess: Because of their
WebKit nature, Arora and Rekonq are detected as Safari, and Safari
specific features are activated?)
