howto pass username/password to Kyocera TASKalfa network printer

To cole the case:

This Printer is capable of dealing with cost units. The username /
password i thought i should enter was actually this "cost unit".

And, of course, i took some time until i realized that there is no
linux-driver which is providing this feature.

And my windows box has choosen the wrong driver by default.
The driver windows selected automatically did not have this feature
either. You will need a driver called KX - driver. (KX should appear in
the driver name somewhere)

thats it - no way with linux
