getting cups-pdf to work

Hello,

   I changed it from /dev/null to ipp://localhost/printers/PDFprinter

Still no output.

My real printer at least prints even though it turns out wrong. I would rather just stick with a pdf printer.

"cups-pdf:/" I tried this and it started producing output files, but then all of a sudden the printer disappear of the list of available network printers.

Now I can do test pages from within cups and have them appear as PDF files.
However, now windows can't see the printer for some unknown reason.
I didn't change smb.conf so I have no idea why that happened. I rebooted both the client and server to no avail. I used testparm and it reported 0 errors.

Later,
Jonathan
