[cups] Cannot get CUPS up at localhost:631

Hi Doug,

I check my 'sent' mail box and it shows that I did make the attachments, 
so they must have
been stripped. Is there another way to post them?

I will attach them to this message also, but I guess they will be 
stripped again.
