[cups] HP ppd files

I'm trying to find the ppd driver for an HP OfficeJet J4280.

According to <http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/index.html>
hplip-3.15.9 covers this printer.

I've downloaded the package hplip-3.15.9-2.fc23.x86_64
on my Fedora-23beta/KDE laptop,
but as far as I can see this does not include any ppd or ppd.gz files.

Have I misunderstood HP's documentation?
Is there perhaps another package required after hplip?
