[cups] CUPS Has Moved to Github!

Michael,

See my comments to the issue.  The migration was correct and the original bug was closed almost 2 years ago as unresolved since it appeared to be a third-party issue at the time.

We are tracking the issue (again) as Issue #4782, which also affects raw printing of multiple files:
