I looked into the files – obviously they are UFR II files, and I have no means to analyze them.

To check the PostScript files, you could turn the ‚*cupsFilter‘ line in the print to file PPD into a comment
(replace the leading "*“ by "*%“) and share the resulting PostScript files.

But I think your problem will be a b ug in the pstoufr2cpca filter.
