[cups] Dual setup: USB Printer and Cups printers not working

Hi guys,

I have 1 cups server exposing print servers. Every host discovers the
printers, that is working.

The problem: I have a customer that has a local usb printer, he wants
to print both from the local printer and over the network.

If I make the printer work I need to disable cups, so the applications
can print to the local printer, in this way he can print, however, he
then cannot print over the network, is that setup possible? if so how?
