[cups] cups webpage joblist without jobname and user?

Hi,

i'm new on this list, so sorry for maybe foolish question on false place...

I changed my suse linux to leap 15.1 running cups 2.2.7. Using the cups 
web page (localhost:631), the job list doesn't contain job name and job 
creating user any more.
Looking into the correspondenting  /va/var/spool/cups/cXXXXX file i see 
job name and users name. So it's not the printing call i assume.

I'm member of the group "lp" which former was enough th see job 
information. I see there is a "Get-Job-Attributes"-directive in 
cupsd.conf but i'm unsure where to put it. Tried
	<Policy allowallforanybody>
but this doesn't change anything.

I allowed nearly everything but printing from the internet in the 
administration section of cups web page with no result.

Any hint what to set in config to see job names and users again?
