[cups] CUPS upgrade

Hi Juan,

the version string in doc/index.html wasn't updated - it happens during
running configure script when @CUPS_VERSION@ gets assigned.

How did you upgrade to 2.3.3?

I tested it on Fedora and the version string is correct at index.html in
my case.
