[cups] Do I need splix for HP's newer SPL-based printers?

Thanks Till! So basically the listed PDL is a mostly unimportant
detail or marketing trick, but doesn't really describe the printer's
true capabilities. Most printers have networking these days, and
pretty much all networked printers support one of these standards.
