[cups] Problem with lpadmin

Hello, folks!

This is probably a simple fix to someone who understands the issue, but
it's been a "learning experience" for me.  I have an HP LaserJet M15a
connected to my server (Ubuntu 20.04, CUPS 2.3.1) and I can't get it to
print any more.  It worked fine until I had to rebuild the server (long
story) and ever since I can't seem to get any output.

I entered the following command:

lpadmin -p LaserJet_M15a -E -D "White Printer" -L "On Dad's desk" -m
drv:///hpcups.drv/hp-laserjet_m14-m17.ppd -o printer-is-shared=true -v
usb://HP/LaserJet%20m14-M17?serial=VNBR14066

and the printer shows in the CUPS web interface, but when I try to
print a test page nothing happens.

Any suggestions welcome!
