Test page not printing

Hello,

I am getting a permissions error and cannot determine what permissions need to be changed in order for me to get this working.  When I try to print a test page from the cups webadmin interface I get this:

While trying to retreive the URL: http://127.0.0.1:631/printers/greasy2?

The following error was encountered:

  - Access Denied.
      Access control prevents your request from being processed at this time.

Any help would be much appreciated!
