Windows drivers depenency issues

That list is out of date...  I'll make sure it is updated for the
1.2.2 release...

The correct list of CUPS driver files is:

     cups6.inf
     cups6.ini
     cupsps6.dll
     cupsui6.dll
     ps5ui.dll
     pscript.hlp
     pscript.ntf
     pscript5.dll
